We're so sorry we missed you and apologize for the inconvenience. We have two(2) schedules: IN-SEASON (january-april) & OUT-SEASON (may-december). OUT-SEASON HOURS: monday-wednesday 10:00AM-6:00PM, friday-saturday 9:00AM-9:00PM*, closed thursday &sunday. IN-SEASON HOURS: monday-thursday 9:00AM-10:00PM, friday-saturday-sunday 9:00AM-11:00PM*. HOLIDAY HOURS: CLOSED Thanksgiving & Christmas. REOPEN 8:00AM the following days with BIG SALES. *Special Events: 4th of JULY, NEW YEAR'S EVE We Are Often Until Midnight or Later.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to all of the Gatlinburg area and can arrange delivery virtually anywhere else on the planet. One Happy Place Delivers.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?
We deliver Monday through Saturday but generally don't deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Sorry.

What is the deadline for placing orders?
MONDAY TO FRIDAY - 1pm is the deadline for next day deliveries within the Gatlinburg area only.
SATURDAY -12pm is the deadline for next day deliveries within the Gatlinburg area only.
For interstate orders please allow at least 24 hours for delivery.
International orders please allow at least 48 hours for delivery. One Happy Place Delivers.

What payment methods do you accept?
For online, and phone orders we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover. For in store purchases we accept the same plus personal checks and cash. For corporate accounts we prefer Credit Cards or EFT.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?
If the order has not been shipped, then it may be possible to change details to that order. Should you need to cancel an order, we must receive notice 24 hours prior to the delivery date. Cancellations and changes to any orders will attract a small administrative fee of $15.00. Please phone us immediately at (865)430-1888 should you have any changes or need to cancel an order.

What if the recipient is not home or not at work?
All our deliveries require a signature. Generally, if no one is home or not at work, our couriers are instructed to leave a special deliver card instructing that a delivery has arrived for them. It requests them to make arrangements for a delivery time suitable to their schedule. No packages will EVER be simply left at the front door of a residence, if it is safe to do so or with the front desk we will deliver to area lodging facilities. If the recipient lives in an apartment block and there is no access, the courier will bring them back to One Happy Place and we will try again at a later time. A $15.00 fee will be applicable in this case. There are several options on the order form for you to choose regarding delivery instructions and space for special delivery requests.

What if the address is incorrect?
Please be especially careful when providing delivery details. The more accurate information you can provide the better it is! If an incorrect address has been supplied, a redirection fee of $15 will apply.
