PAYMENT OPTIONS

We operate a 100% secure realtime-online payment system.  Currently we accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We are also pleased to announce we also accept checks and mail orders online as well. If you prefer, you may order by sending a check or money order snail mail to:

Please verify your name/shipping address, items ordered, and your phone number are included on our online order form. To compute your shipping costs, please process your order through our online checkout system and abort the process when payment information is requested.  You will find the available shipping methods and their costs here also. Total up all your items and include your preferred shipping method.

SALES TAX

We follow the tax laws of the State of Tennessee and the US governing Internet Ecommerce transactions.  Therefore, all shipments to anywhere in the United States except Tennessee, are free of sales tax. Residents of Tennessee must pay 9.75%.

SHIPPING: DOMESTIC

We guarantee all shipments will go out on the same business day receive your order. Gift wrapping is complimentary on all purchases over $100.  Each order can be sent to an unlimited number of desitinations.  Ideal one stop shopping for the Smiley collectors.  We ship daily via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Priority Mail averaging 2-3 days delivery to most locations. 

Shipping is determined by the total weight of your purchase.  It is difficult to show your shipping charge until you go through the checkout process.  If you're curious about the shipping charge, go ahead and put the items in your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. You will be able to see the charges before actually committing to the purchase.

We also offer optional shipping methods upon your request. For example, if you are a company with your on FedEx shipping number, we can ship against your number. Just send us an email at info@onehappyplace.net.

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES

We welcome all International orders as well. We encourage you to use our 100% secure real-time payment system or you can also simply email us at info@onehappyplace.net listing the items and quantities desired and your shipping address. We will send you a reply email with the final costs.

You will then need to make payment using PAYPAL. Upon receipt of your payment we will ship your order by the best, most cost effective method possible - usually USPS Global Priority mail or Airmail Parcel Post. If you have any questions about PAYPAL visit www.paypal.com.

SHIPPING: INTERNATIONAL

All international orders are shipped via Global Priority Mail (where available)or Air Mail Parcel Post.  Buyer agrees to pay any customs fees or taxes that may be levied by your government on the items shipped. Costs are determined by the weight and the country to which the shipment is being made.

LABELS & PACKAGING:

We ship our orders in USPS Priority Mail packages or shipping "tubes".  We use USPS Priority Mail shipping / tracking labels.  All orders are shipped from One Happy Place."
RETURNS

One Happy Place Online  must be notified within seven days of receipt of your gift order for any shortage of quantities or dissatisfaction of terms or condition of sale. Without such notification, it will be considered that you have completely accepted the order as shipped and invoiced.

All returns must include a prior return authorization number. This authorization number must appear on all packages and related documents. It is your responsibility to pay all return shipping charges unless otherwise authorized. Any return without a valid authorization number will be refused.

Products that show signs of customer use or abuse will not be accepted back for a refund. All opened non-defective item returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders are charged a 25% return fee.

To request a return authorization number submit the following contact us form. Please describe the reason that you are returning a product, whether you want a refund or a replacement, and include your invoice number and full name and billing/shipping address.

Please note that only the original purchaser may receive a refund or replacement for a returned item.

DAMAGED GOODS

All our shipments are insured and we require a proof of delivery receipt on every purchase.  Insured orders that exhibit damage from shipment must be claimed with the USPS. If you notice concealed damage after receiving your order, keep all the packing and let the USPS inspect the damage and file a claim.

We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the USPS. Some products carry their own warranties that are handled by the original manufacturer. See warranty information shipped with such products.

If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, return in unused condition in original carton within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Refer to RETURNS above for information on obtaining a return authorization number.
